Voluntary Sustaining Membership
St. Rita Sustaining Members is a structured way to make free-will contributions toward parish activities. Bronze through Platinum are symbolic recognition levels. No tier purchases, guarantees, prioritises, or restricts a sacrament, pastoral care, worship, church service, or spiritual benefit.
Parish registration
Your parish-registration submission must be accurate and may be reviewed by authorised parish administrators. A form number is generated automatically. Identity or church-society endorsement may be completed with the parish office; identity documents are not uploaded through this website. Creating a parish account does not require a contribution.
Billing and renewal
You choose a fixed weekly or monthly amount. Paystack automatic billing repeats at that interval until cancelled. Paystack and Flutterwave one-cycle payments do not renew. Bank transfers activate only after parish review of the private proof.
Changes and cancellation
A confirmed tier or interval change starts a new paid period immediately, stops the former automatic renewal, and does not prorate or refund unused time. Cancelling automatic renewal stops future scheduled charges while the current paid period and three-day grace window continue.
Status and access
After a paid period ends, status enters a three-day grace period and then becomes lapsed. Failed renewal does not prevent sign-in: account history, receipts, parish details, and privacy controls remain available.
Recognition and records
Public recognition is optional and off by default. Parish-registration and contribution records may be retained for pastoral administration, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations even after account deactivation. Contact the parish regarding a correction request or mistaken transaction.
